Store markers and cookies in a cool, dry place with other food items. Replace marker cap after each use
PRO TIP: Clean tips of markers off with a napkin to remove any crumbs or cookie residue before placing cap back on
Marker ink can be washed off items with warm water and soap. Marker ink has not been known to stain clothing or fabric if treated right away
Each cookie box is wrapped in bubble and placed inside of another shipper box keeping them safe in transit
We ship to all 50 states in the USA. We do not ship internationally outside the USA.
Orders placed before 12 noon EST, Monday through Friday, are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 12 pm will be processed the following business day. Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
Once an order is processed, it will ship 1-4 days after processing.
Apparel and merchandise orders are printed on-demand and may require an additional 2-4 days for processing. Once the item has been completed, it will be shipped to you. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation for that item. All apparel and merchandise orders will ship separately from cookie orders.
