Shipping Policy

 

Orders placed before 12 noon EST, Monday through Friday, are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 12 pm will be processed the following business day. Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will also be processed on the next business day.

 

Once an order is processed, it will ship 1-4 days after processing. If an order takes longer than four days to produce, you will be notified immediately via email. Apparel and merchandise orders are printed on-demand and may require an additional 2-4 days for processing. As soon as the item has been created, it will be shipped to you. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation for that item.

 

All apparel and merchandise orders will ship separately from cookie orders.

 

Standard shipping options and rates are available and vary by package size and location of delivery. We currently only ship our cookies within the United States to all 50 states, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Delivery dates are provided by the carriers. We cannot control any delays in shipments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions and/or Holidays.

Returns & Replacements

Corso’s Cookies will be happy to replace any perishable food item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit.To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives and contact us within 48 hours of receipt by filling out our contact form, or emailing us at hello@corsoscookies.com.

 

If you wish for us to reship a perishable product, you will be charged 50% of the product cost plus the full cost of Shipping/Handling. Refunds for damaged goods can only be credited to the originating credit card.

 

Non-perishable items may be returned by contacting us within 30 days of receiving your items. Please fill out our contact form, or email us at hello@corsoscookies.com.

 

We will do our absolute best to make the situation right. In the event that you'd like a replacement, we will send you a return label and a replacement of the exact item ordered. You will then have 7 days to return the original item to a shipping courier and a refund will be issued to the original payment method. If the item is not returned within this period, your card will be billed for the full price of the replacement. If we cannot replace your order with the product(s) you purchased, we will ask you to select new product(s) of equal value before sending your replacements.

 

If you received the wrong product in your shipment , please get in touch with us right away at hello@corsoscookies.com and we will get the correct product shipped out to you immediately.

 

Corso’s Cookies is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered.

 

We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third party carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS), but this, of course, is out of our control.

 

To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements beforehand. If your item is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, because of its perishability, we must dispose of the contents of the gift and you will not be refunded.
