We are an SQF Level 2 Certified Food Safe Facility so our customers can enjoy our cookies knowing that each and every member of our management team and staff share a common vision for food safety and quality.  We are committed to continued education and training for our staff, while implementing a set of daily processes and procedures designed to exceed internationally recognized standards for food safety. 

All of our products are made in our own peanut free production facility. To ensure our products and facility maintain our peanut free standards, our policies for maintaining a peanut free environment at our bakery include allergen-free statements from all our ingredient vendors.  To further ensure our peanut free policy, we use environmental testing swabs to randomly test our bakery for the presence of peanuts.  The swabs use highly specific antibodies to detect allergic proteins from peanuts.

We are also certified Kosher Dairy by the Orthodox Union and have validated a 12 Month Shelf Life.
