If you have purchased a coupon promotion to use for a special occasion, i.e. Birthday, Anniversary, etc. and require delivery on a particular day, please order at least 2 weeks in advance for on-time arrival. You can specify your preferred arrival date in the orders comments section during checkout. Which cookie gifts can I order with my Coupon deal?

The Coupon may be used on any of the cookie gifts listed on our website.
All of our cookie bouquets are offered in 4 different sizes:
5 cookie bouquet - $39.99
7 cookie bouquet - $49.99
9 cookie bouquet - $59.99
12 cookie bouquet - $69.99

Click on the photo of any of the bouquets on our website, and you will be able to select the size of the bouquet in the options below the bouquet description.

How do I place an order using my Coupon?

To place your order, go to www.corsoscookies.com and select the cookie bouquet you would like to order. Add it to your cart. Continue to Checkout. On the checkout screen, in the lower left, there is a box that says "Have a Coupon Code?" Enter your Coupon code into that box and click apply. Continue to follow the directions on screen to enter your billing and shipping information. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

Where do I find my Coupon voucher code?

Please contact the company you purchased the coupon from for help accessing your voucher code.

Where do I enter the Coupon code?

On the checkout screen, in the lower left, there is a box that says "Have a Coupon Code?" Enter your Coupon code into that box and click apply.

What if I don't use the entire value of my voucher in one order?

The entire value of your Coupon voucher must be used in one order. If you do not use the entire amount, any leftover balance will become void.

Can I customize the cookies?

Our cookies are available only as pictured on our website. However, you can customize the text on the center cookie only, for an additional charge of $4.99.

Are your cookies Kosher?

No

Is shipping included in my Coupon deal?

No. Shipping is an additional charge, and must be paid for separately. Additional shipping information can be found here.

How much does the shipping cost?

Please note, EACH GIFT SHIPS IN ITS OWN BOX. WE CANNOT MIX GIFTS IN ONE BOX. Flat Rate Shipping cost is based on the total number of gifts shipped.

Standard Shipping - Delivered within 5-7 Business Days**- $12.99
Expedited Shipping - Delivered in 4 Business Days- $22.99

How long will it take to deliver?

Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your gift to arrive. All of our cookie gifts are shipped out from our bakery two business days after you place your order, to allow time for us to bake, decorate and carefully package your special gift. All of our cookie bouquets are shipped via FedEx and take an additional 1-5 business days to arrive.

Can I ship to two different addresses in one order?

We can only ship to one address per order.

Can I specify a delivery date?

We ship everything via FedEx, and unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day with standard ground shipping. However, during checkout, you can make a request for a certain delivery date in the Order Comments section, and we will do our best to get your order there as close as possible to the requested date.

Who do you use as a shipping carrier?

Corso's Cookies ships all of our packages via FedEx.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

No, unfortunately we cannot ship outside the United States.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?

Yes, we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii but unfortunately we cannot ship to Puerto Rico.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. UPS requires a street address.

Which days do you ship and deliver?

Corso's Cookies is open Monday through Friday and ships on each of those days unless it is a holiday. FedEx delivers on Tuesday through Saturday unless it is a holiday. Unfortunately, FedEx cannot deliver gifts on Sundays and Mondays.

What are "business days?"

Business days are Monday through Friday.

What time of day will my package arrive?

FedEx delivers from 8:00AM until 7:00PM. FedEx typically delivers to businesses first then to residential addresses.

Where do you ship from?

Fresh from our ovens, located in Syracuse, New York!

How do I track my package?

Once your cookies have shipped out you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. Use the tracking number at www.fedex.com to watch the progress of your package from our ovens to your door! If you do not have access to the internet give us a call - have your order number ready and we will track your package for you! Phone: 800-465-7775

Will my cookies break during shipping?

The Corso's Cookie Crew takes enormous pride in seeing your cookies delivered safely. We wrap each cookie individually before it is assembled into a bouquet. Each bouquet is then protected with bubble wrap before we shrink wrap it again, then packaged carefully for delivery.


PLACING AN ORDER

How far in advance can I place my order?

As early as you'd like. We will schedule to ship your order to ensure your order arrives on-time for your special occasion! You can specify your preferred arrival date in the orders comments section during checkout.

How do I know your company received my online order?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order is received. Please read over the confirmation so we are able to make any adjustments prior to shipping your order.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Please call us at 1-800-465-7775 and one of Corso's Cookie Customer Service Crew will assist you. Please note: We are unable to cancel or change an order once it has been shipped.

My credit card wasn't charged. Did my order go through?

Once you place an order, you will be emailed a receipt. If you did not receive a receipt, please call customer service. We process orders Monday through Friday. Sometimes it takes a few days for the charge to show up on your statement.

When will I receive a tracking number?

Once your order has been prepared and shipped out you will receive an e-mail with the FedEx tracking information.
